Bahlam Bots – Robotics Program

Closing the learning gap and opportunity gap in STEM.

Bahlam Bots is a competitive robotics program through El Centro de la Raza that provides students interested in STEAM education to receive resources to help eliminate under-representation in the STEAM field. Bahlam Bots teaches students about the mechanics of building a competitive robot within the group.

*Youth/Demographic Served – We have two competitive teams serving students of color grades ranging from 6th grade to 8th grade and another team for 9th grade to 12th grade in Seattle and Federal Way.

*Outcomes – Students will improve learning and attention skills while learning math, science, coding and robotic mechanics.
