Food Bank

Open three days a week to all families in the Seattle area.

El Centro de la Raza’s Food Bank is open to all. In an attempt to ensure that we have enough food for everyone, we impose a limit on the number of weekly visits: once per week for regular distributions, and once per week for “commodities” distributions. Due to Covid-19, there are no zip code restrictions for commodities until further notice.

Current Hours (please bring a photo ID):
Wednesdays are for Seniors and mobility limited individuals
Thursdays 10am-12pm and 2pm-4pm
Fridays 10am-12pm and 2pm-4pm

Pre-Covid Circumstances:
Our Food Bank provides nutritious, emergency and supplemental food to low-income individuals and families in the Seattle area three days a week. To ensure that we have enough food for everyone, each family is allowed one visit a week. In addition, every Friday morning we distribute food from the government or “commodities.”
